1. How do I book a driving lesson?

You can easily book a lesson by calling us, sending a WhatsApp message, or using the booking form on our website. Once you reach out, we’ll confirm your schedule and match you with an available instructor.

2. What types of lessons do you offer?

We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced driving lessons, as well as refresher courses and intensive programs. You can choose between manual and automatic vehicles depending on your preference.

3. Do I need a provisional driving licence before starting lessons?

Yes, you’ll need a valid provisional licence before your first driving lesson. If you haven’t applied yet, we can guide you through the process.

4. How long is each driving lesson?

Most lessons last 60 minutes, but we also offer 90-minute or 2-hour sessions if you prefer longer practice. Intensive courses include several hours per day, based on your schedule.

5. How many lessons will I need to pass my test?

It varies by person. On average, learners in the UK take around 40–45 hours of professional lessons before passing. Your instructor will assess your progress and let you know when you’re ready for the test.

6. What areas do you cover?

We’re based in London and serve Edmonton and nearby areas. If you’re unsure whether we can reach your location, just contact us to confirm.

7. Can I choose my instructor?

Yes, whenever possible. We’ll do our best to pair you with the instructor who best matches your schedule, experience, and learning style.

8. Do you offer lessons on weekends or evenings?

Absolutely. We offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to make sure your lessons fit around work or school.

9. What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?

No problem — just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll reschedule without any charge. Cancellations made later than that may be subject to a small fee.

10. What if I’m nervous or have never driven before?

That’s completely okay — most of our students start the same way. Our instructors are patient and supportive, helping you feel comfortable and confident from your very first lesson.

11. Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?

Yes. In most cases, your instructor can pick you up from home, school, or work, and drop you off after the lesson. We’ll confirm availability when scheduling.

12. What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment. You can also pay per lesson or in advance for a discounted package.

13. Can I book a mock driving test?

Yes. We offer mock driving tests that simulate real test conditions so you can practice under realistic pressure and identify areas to improve.

14. Do you teach in automatic or manual cars?

We provide lessons in both. You can choose the transmission that suits your comfort and goals — manual for flexibility, automatic for simplicity.

15. What happens if I fail my driving test?

Don’t worry — your instructor will go through what went wrong and help you focus on those areas before retaking the test. We’ll support you until you pass with confidence.
